1. How do I know what size to order?

a. The best way to find out your nail size is to order one of our sample sizing kit. They have one of each size nail, making it super simple to  find your perfect fit before placing your order with us!

b. You can also use our sizing chart to measure your own nails and find your perfect size! Go ahead and check out our sizing chart page for more info.

 

2. What is included in my nail order?

All nail purchases come with a prep kit (a nail file, a nail buffer, nail cleansing pads, cuticle sticks, nail glue, adhesive tabs and detailed instructions on how to apply and remove your press-on nails set.

 

3. How long do adhesive tabs and nail glue last?

Nail glue, provided with all our sets, can stay on for up to 1-2 weeks, just make sure you to follow our included nail prep and application process. 

Adhesive tabs can stay on for up to 2-4  days. They are perfect to use when you want to wear your nails temporarily and are easy to remove and reuse!

For longer lasting, super secure wear try using both together

 

4. What are your processing times?

All our sets are 100% custom made, by order!

UK: 2-4 days

International: Up to 2 weeks

 

5. Are your nails reusable?

Absolutely! Our nails are reusable, just make sure to look after them during the process of removal.

 

6. Colour & Finish disclaimer

Colour: there may be a slight variation in colour compared to the photos due to lighting, skin tone, different gel batches from the manufacture, etc. 

 

7. What is your cancellation and returns policy?

We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of your purchase being made. Custom products CAN NOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations there may be between the actual colour, and the representation on our site, will be acceptable.  Also, please be sure to order right size as we do not take any responsibility if the wrong size nails are ordered.
